Error description

  • If you search by using the 'Added By' criteria, you are able to
    search for cases without a value for the search criteria,
    Initially the search button is disabled, but if you open the
    dialog to select a user for the 'Added by' and you click the
    'Ok' button without selecting a value, the button becomes
    enabled.
    Once the button is enabled, you are able to search for cases
    with an empty value for the 'Added By' criteria.
